SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for technical pre-sales support
  • provide technical solution support in security system industry (access control system)
  • Understand customer requirements.
  • Solution Proposal presentation.
  • Products demonstration upon requested by customer.
  • System Integration support.
  • Must understand products specification.

Requirements:

  • Technically strong and know-how on the related field. 
  • Engineering in Electrical/Electronic, Computer/Telecommunication, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • At least 1  year of working experience in the related field
  • Able to work independently and willing to travel.
  • Knowledge in SQL, Web, XML, Windows OS, .Net Programming or AUTOCAD preferred.
  • Possess own transport.
