The person will that we are looking for is a strong and experienced doctor or nurse within ICU or Operating Room. The main role to this position is for developing initial product learning curriculum and ongoing training support, including preparing, delivering, updating training modules, staying current on all processes, forms, programs, etc. and creating continuing education programs.

The ideal candidate will have responsibilities include:

  • Provide comprehensive training to new customers, including doctors and staff on the use of both hardware and software
  • Install equipment and integration into office/surgical room, as required.
  • Establish a follow-up process to evaluate completed training sites and measure results.
  • Identify new training solutions and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
  • Respond to ongoing customer education needs.
  • Create trainer development program and coach other trainers to ensure standardization and consistency of training programs.


It is essential that the candidate we are looking for has an experienced in ICU or Operating Room. You must be able to communicate in English. This role is based in Jakarta, and looking for Indonesian nationality.
