And currently we are looking for Sales Administration Staff position.

RESPONSIBILITES :

• Input and manage sales orders, product data, and customer information

• Track order status, payments, and delivery timelines

• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, accounting, and visual merchandising teams

• Maintain sales documentation including invoices, delivery orders, and receipts

• Update product availability, stock status, and pricing information to customers/designers

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports

• Support general sales administration and order fulfillment

• Coordinate client and designer special occasions and related arrangements

REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree from any major

• Background in Administration, Management, Business, Communication, or related fields is preferred

• Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to new tasks and working environments

• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Interest or experience in sales administration, retail, or home décor is a plus

• Willing to be based in Kemang, South Jakarta

• Able and willing to work on Saturdays

  
  

CAREER GROWTH

This role is designed to grow into a Junior Sales Associate or Client Support position based on performance and long-term interest.

WORKING TIMES

Five Days A Week from 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
