Sales Management Officer

Job Description:

  • Prepare market analyses (ERG data, market share, market positioning)

  • Assist in analyzing unit procurement from the principal based on sales trends

  • Monitor sales target achievement at national, branch, and salesman levels (including shortfall analysis)


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Understanding of sales, marketing, market research, and business analysis

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Market Analyst, Sales Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or in a similar position.

  • Experience in the automotive, heavy equipment, commercial vehicle, or B2B industry is preferred.

  • Proven experience in analyzing market trends, competitors, customers, and sales performance
