About the role

ÉPICE is looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team and help grow our brand, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful connections with our guests and community.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing & PR initiatives

  • Manage media, influencer, and partnership relationships

  • Support events, collaborations, and promotional activities

  • Coordinate social media content and brand communication

  • Develop creative ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement

  • Maintain consistent communication in line with ÉPICE's identity

About you

  • Experience in Marketing, PR, Communications, or Hospitality preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Creative, proactive, and well organized

  • Comfortable building relationships with media, partners, and guests

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia

  • Passion for food, hospitality, and lifestyle brands
