Job Description :

Account managers are in charge of overseeing client accounts once a sales representative has closed the business. They serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, maintain client satisfaction, handle account renewals and upsells, and help clients strategize getting the most from the product or service they’ve purchased.

Responsibilities :

  • Client-facing and post-sale role.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client’s
  • Understand how the campaign fits into the client’s long-term strategy and high-level goals. Advising clients on long-term growth strategies.
  • Keeping quality of work high so clients want to renew/expand contracts
  • Filtering communication from and to the client.
  • Overseeing client account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.

Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Territory management and client relationships
  • Upselling and prospecting skills
  • Strategic planning abilities.

Requirements :

  • Work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager or relevant role
  • Familiar with CRM tools like SalesForce or Pipedrive
  • Solid experience with Google Suite (particularly Google Docs and Google Sheet)
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
