Responsibility :

• Evaluate the budget.
• Checking transfer payment document (slip TT bank) and cash transaction document.
• Monitor salary payments.
• Review and approve work of subordinate staff.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct subordinate staff in the daily operations of various finance activities.
• Controlling the financial activities / financial transactions of the company.
• Assist ad hoc duties within finance division as requested.
• Participant in administrative general affairs.
• Maintain 6S in working area.
• Relation building with all department
• Evaluate performance of team
• Follow company program
  • Comply and supervising regulations, culture and OHS (including to ensure work tools accordance standard), energy, quality and environment programs to ensure implement company management system runs smoothly.
  • Identify, report and review related OHS (work accident. Audit OHS and improvement), energy, quality and environment management system to ensure and improve company management system.

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Preferably 5 year experience on accounting and finance
  
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin
  
• Have experience SAP on FI module
• Have Knowledge’s of Transfer payment terms, Cash payment terms, Opening bank account terms, and  Bank general regulation
  
• Communication, analytical, and accuracy in calculation skill.
