CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer's inquiries, manage customer's data
  • Providing information by telephone, in written form or in person
  • Responsible for processing of sales orders and deliveries
  • Provide quotation as and when required
  • Coordinate with headquarter with regards to customer orders and shipments, and ensure smooth running of freight operation and documentation procedures
  • Filing of invoices, quotation and other documentation
  • Response to customers’ enquires on their orders and shipments
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team
  • Assists in other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (Bachelor of Scienceis preferred)
  • Experience in similar capacity will be an advantage
  • Good communication skill and must be fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Initiative, energetic and customer-oriented
  • Detail oriented, resourceful and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office application especially in MS Excel and MS Words
