General Responsibilities:

  • Deal with clients to assess their insurance needs and risk profiles
  • Renew and amend existing policies and foresee clients’ needs
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationship with clients
  • Negotiate with underwriters to find and secure the most suitable insurance for clients
  • Monitor and update clients database
  • Assist and follow up with claims process and any other administration process

General qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable universities
  • Have experience working in Insurance Industry handling Marine Cargo
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
