As the Consumer Research Manager - you will be responsible to lead the Consumer Research team in understanding users' journey, experience and working with various stakeholders in implementing improvement.

  • Conduct and leverage various research methods to understand users' journey, behaviors and pain points
  • Work with vendors to set up and run market research and user research / study
  • Develop and analyze customer experience metrics and feedback channels (e.g. social media, customer services, app rating, etc.) to monitor customer experiences a
  • Inform the rest of the organization on users' experience / feedback to build culture of customer-centricity strategies
  • Develop, drive and support customer experience initiatives to improve customer experiences
  • Work with or influence relevant stakeholders, across Indonesia and Global, to implement customer experience initiatives and ensure that customer promise / aspiration is delivered by the organization
  • Manage, develop and mentor Consumer Research team members


This role opens for Indonesians who have prior experience in Consumer Research, from agencies or brands/principles;

  • 5+ years of experience in product and market research
  • 2+ years of experience in managing team
  • Experience in technology based companies is a plus
  • Experience in leveraging research to build digital products is a plus
  • Strong analytical / quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and people management in a highly collaborative environment
  • Must have initiatives and strong passion for improving customer experience
  • Self-starter and able to work / influence stakeholders across Indonesia and Global
  • Advanced communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
