Data Entry Admin
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES Provide Administration Support    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES
  • Complete Fuel Rebate data entry daily
  • Coordinate Travel for Field Employees and Management on various rosters (Domestic and International)
  • Generate Purchase Orders and receipt as required
  • Complete ad-hoc Administration tasks as required
  • Submit new supplier forms and amend current supplier records on Workflow Gen
  • Oversee and maintain Administration mailboxes – Reception, Purchasing, Travel and Training
  • Create Sales Orders within Oracle as per incoming daily reports and tracking sheets
  • Process Creditor invoices for payment and reconcile Creditor Statements
  • Run weekly reports and distribute as required
  • Review and maintain PO reports
  • Manage employee training and maintain training records
  • Complete end of month reconciliations as required
  • Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure all deadlines are met
  • At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct
  • Be compliant to all SGS QHSE and HR policies and procedures
  PROFILE
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications
  REQUIRED SKIL
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to follow instructions verbally and written
  • Customer service focused
  • Organisational Skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
COMPLIANCE & AUTHORITY 
  • Compliant to all SGS QOH&S and HR policies and procedure
  • Granted sufficient authority to achieve the given responsibilities as per relevant SGS Authority policies
  • Responsible for own safety and health at work, and for others at work
  • Must follow lawful instructions from employer for their safety and health
  • Must wear PPE, clothing and safety equipment as instructed
  • Must care for and maintain safety equipment
  • Must report safety or health issues in the workplace
