PPIC ASSISTANT MANAGER - MEDAN

Description

  • Make work plan, handle PPIC works to ensure the production plan is matched with demand and organize Warehouse works to ensure the efficiency of incoming and outgoing material (raw material & packaging material)
    • Analyze production plan by calculating the data of demand, production capacity, delivery planning, warehouse capacity, and other matters having significant impact to ensure the production runs timely and accurately matched with demand.
    • Evaluate, review, and determine the standard of process in PPIC and Warehouse departments so that the operations run well and accordingly
    • Generating production master schedule and manufacturing orders, forecasting inventory requirements, optimizing inventory levels as well as helping organizations evaluate and implement inventory management
    • Work closely with Production, Marketing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance Teams to plan and monitor inventory levels
    • Review sales forecasts, customer demands, and schedule production batches based on inventory level and production lead times
    • Take part in logistics planning and or contracting raw materials and finished products
    • Optimize inventory levels and working capital while supporting targeted customer service levels.
    • Schedule and direct production planning meetings and track production performance to schedule.
    • Coordinate production material requirements with Merchandising/Operations teams to assure adequate inventory of raw materials and packaging components
    • Analyze capacity and resource requirements and coordinate the necessary adjustments
    • Develop and maintain the Bills of Material for all production processes
    • Responsible for accurate raw materials and finished goods inventory levels; accuracy of product data for finished product
    • Responsible for preparation of accounting reports for the end of the month (inventory, consignment, raw materials, and scrap)
  • Manage daily entering from incoming inventory including: finished goods, raw materials and packaging component.

Profile

  • Bachelor degree from reputable University
  • Fluent communication in verbal and written English language
  • 5-10 years experience in PPIC, Logistics operations and Supply Chain for Manufacturing and Logistics.
