KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities

This Role requires an experience sales person with strong industry exposure along with IT and solution sales background. To be successful, this person must be able to demonstrate proven track record and maturity in the ITP (internet protocol telephony).

  • Execute world class account management by managing account relationship (Focusing on a set of profitable major name accounts)  >>> Develop and manage account relationship, having customer portofolio will be an advantage.
  • Grow Company sales revenue and profitable by capturing the right set of customer via selective Marketing Programmes
  • Identifiying new oportunities, securing client's commitment and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
  • Grow the business of each account under your portofolio by being the customers partner in servicing their voice & data requirement
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts and communicate product value to existing and potential customers
  • Prepare sales forecast, report and coordinate marketing programmes with Sales Manager/Head of Sales to ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Be a leader and role model in teamwork, quality, sense of urgency, dedication to work and adaptation to change.
  • Establish and maintain high level customer satisfaction.

 Requirements

  • To excel in this position, fresh graduated, having experience in IPT/UC/IoT will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma with subtantial exposure to information and information systems or related experience in IPT industry   >>>  bachelor degree/Diploma in engineering/business/marketing/communication
  • Possess thirst for learning and absorbing new information and keeping abreast with technological change & advancement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation and consultative skills
  • Confident and flair when liasing with clients (especially at senior management level) are critical success factor for this position
  • Ability to understand and translate technology advantages sales target
  • Good networking amongst large corporations whether local or multinational
  • Identify with the customer business nature, analyse and comprehend their needs and translate into functional specifications and proposal for the clients must be enthusiatic self starter, pro-active, creative and positive individual
