We are looking for a performance-driven digital marketer who understands that successful campaigns are built not only on great content, but also on strong data, optimization, and measurable results.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CPAS Shopee.

• Monitor and improve the performance of doss.co.id (Shopify) and marketplace channels.

• Analyze digital marketing funnels, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and customer acquisition performance.

• Identify growth opportunities based on campaign and customer data.

• Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and revenue.

• Support national marketing campaigns from the digital acquisition perspective.

• Collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, and Sales teams to achieve business objectives.

• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate key insights to management.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or related roles, preferably in retail or e-commerce.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Familiar with Shopify, marketplace Seller Centers, Google Analytics, Pixel, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, paid media, and performance metrics.

• Comfortable working with numbers, data analysis, and performance reports.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

• Experience or interest in photography, videography, or the creator industry is a plus.
