SENIOR CONTACT CENTER IT MANAGER
At Karma Group we are becoming more and more reliant on technology for sharing, storing and securing information, together with the use of tools to enable fast and effective communication and customer service with new and existing clients.
As Technology advances so quickly, we need to identify, recruit and acquire the very best talent to help us not only keep up to date with Contact Center & integrated CRM technology and keep us at the forefront of innovation, but also to help us embrace and utilize these new systems advances to seamlessly drive the required successful business outcomes.

 

In your new role you will be working with the senior management team to:

  • Identify, Understand and Develop Technology requirements based on both user and business requirements.
  • Develop and refine contact center & integrated CRM technology requirements.
  • Develop, agree and implement key system, network, hardware, and software strategies, ensuring minimal operational downtime
  • Support and maintain systems daily ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently
  • Work with our contact center General Manager to implement, coach, mentor, and support any requirement for technology transition.

As well as key skills we also look for talented individuals who share a passion for helping others, who have a natural curiosity as well as an innovative mindset. To be successful in this position you will need to:

Tech Requirements:

  • SaaS Contact Center Technology Solutions
  • SaaS CRM Solutions
  • Contact Center & CRM Integration and interoperability
  • Inbound, Outbound, IVR, Skill based routing, QA, Lead data management, call outcome management, Contact center reporting

Essential Background:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience running large, high performance 24X7 contact centers.
  • Proven experience in transforming centers and teams
  • Significant people leadership experience
  • Proven track record of providing thought leadership and consultation in large corporate settings
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Prior experience in the Hotelier/Leisure Industry
