About the role

Manage and oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound warehouse operations in accordance with established SOPs, operational procedures, and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and direct the warehouse operational team through daily briefings, task allocation, performance monitoring, evaluation, and effective manpower planning based on operational volume and workload

• Ensure proper implementation of warehouse SOPs and operational processes, including FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, stock opname, cycle count, proper goods placement, and site compliance with company standards

• Manage and monitor stock inventory levels, resolve material discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy of materials and spare parts inventory

• Ensure proper and safe utilization of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including forklifts and hand pallets, in compliance with warehouse K3 and safety procedures

• Supervise daily warehouse operational activities, including report validation, weekly coordination, and monthly internal reviews, as well as monitor and achieve team productivity targets

• Prepare and validate QA-related reports, including customer occupancy and operational performance, and develop action plans to support continuous improvement

• Maintain effective communication and coordination with customers and relevant stakeholders, including crisis communication, to provide regular updates on warehouse operations

• Identify, plan, and evaluate team competency and development needs, recommend training programs based on competency requirements, and foster a strong work culture

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations

• Experience as a Warehouse Leader is an advantage

• Experience in the warehouse and logistics industry

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Heavy Equipment

• Knowledge of Bonded Logistics Center (PLB) is an advantage

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
