Performance & Rewards Manager, Southeast Asia


  • Reward & Performance - salary management, retirement and employee benefits, recognition, job levelling, wellbeing, flexible working, performance management and global mobility
  • Support Reward’s requirement in Southeast Asia i.e. Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Key focus on high growth countries - Malaysia and Indonesia.
  • Analyzes compensation data and provide suggestion to Unit HR Directors in SEA and evaluates job positions to determine classification and salary.
  • Lead and initiate job mapping, job analysis and job evaluation (Mercer), job grading, salary structure, salary increase matrix, analyze compensation and benefits surveys data and obtain all necessary information to prepare rewards proposals to support SEA countries.
  • Ensures that survey data is analyzed in an effective manner to support Unit HR decision making and future strategies.
  • Drive existing reward programs and design and implement new programs from conceptualization, prototyping, policy guidelines and implementation.
  • Align with Unit HR Director for mid year, year end review and performance evaluation procedure.
  • Partner with Unit HR Directors and help them understand and implement policies and procedures and managing people issue related to Performance and Rewards policy and procedure


  • Master or Bachelor degree in Economic, Finance, Actuarial, HR or any related disciplines.
  • 6-12 years of progressive compensation, benefits, and rewards, preferably in multinational company and/or consulting firms.
  • Require candidates with ability to speak fluent English and basic Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Prefer candidates with regional experience.
