SALES SPECIALIST

Responsibilities :

  • Supports Salespeople by taking care of lead handling, booking customer meetings along with salesperson, as well as contacting customers by phone or via online channels, support also for tender preparation
  • The role may also support sales planning, sales funnel, pricing and offering management actions
  • Collaboration with marketing to ensure that leads are reported and monitored as a part of the sales meetings
  • Responsible for gathering information about market and competitors from online channels
  • Responsible for supporting Sales online tools
  • Coordinator for Customer feedback, customer satisfaction and loyalty (net promoter index).

Requirements :

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, economic or management
  • Maximal age 30 years old
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the same position in multinational companies
  • Good voice tone, communicative, outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
  • Ability to plan and manage time effectively
  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Will be based in Jakarta.
