Oil & Gas Sales Manager - MNC Electrical Company

The Sales Manager should develop order in take, sales and recognizing the company brand in Indonesia. The SM should promote the brand and products in different actors (contractor, engineering and end user) and register the brand in vendor list of main end user / engineering.

Description

  • evaluates and analyse the market.
  • evaluates our offer compare to market need.
  • establishes sales targets and strategies.
  • understands the way of dealing and generates creative solutions to work by trying different and new ways to deal with organizational problems and opportunities.
  • visits customers routinely to build a good relationship.
  • handles and select inquiry from customer as per POTC process
  • coordinates with tendering team the need of information during tendering activity.
  • brings or send, supports and negotiates offers from of client
  • obtains the Purchase Order / Contract and transfers it to Project Management as POTC process. - He handles Customer satisfaction survey and customer complaint process.
  • stays the main commercial contact point with client.
  • informs the customer on the progress of the order realization and eventual difficulties (planning) if not handled by Project Manager directly.
  • eventually submits prices for modifications and negotiates with the customer their content, the corresponding price modification and impact on schedule directly if not handled by Project Manager directly.
  • eventually participates to the factory tests.
  • participates to the meetings and eventually contractual tests.
  • insures the reporting to his Director on minimum weekly basis the sales activity and tendering status.
    • reports the monthly Customer satisfaction survey and each customer complaint if any.
    • Guarantee the customer satisfaction through an efficient steering of the projects in relation with Project Manager - Execution team

    • Guarantee the Order in Take budget as per target given by Management

    • Contribute to increase the recognizing of Company Brand in Indonesia

  • Guarantee and make all necessary actions to secure payment from customer during and after the project execution

Profile

Bachelor / Masters degree in Engineering

10 years of experience in the related industry

Strong network with Utllities, O&G, or government sector

English fluency is a must

Strong leadership and experience in leading a team

Strong communication and business acument
