About the role

As an Assistant Marketing, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and management team to execute marketing initiatives, strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support the growth of MAJENE across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Majene's Marketing Manager to organize marketing plans, ensuring that business objectives are delivered on time

• Provide marketing research to back up strategies and plans that are set by the Marketing Manager when necessary, including handling communication with vendors and contacting venues for event spaces

• Ensure that deliverables finish on time by monitoring progress of campaigns weekly and checking with the team for progress reports

• Work, collaborate, and assist the Marketing Manager in all delegated tasks

• Help manage the Marketing team by providing timelines, reminders, and anything else necessary that will allow the team to achieve targets monthly

• Proven experience in marketing management

• Strong grasp of both digital and traditional marketing channels

• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools

• Natural creative thinker who can generate compelling, original ideas

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proactive, self-starting attitude

• Strong ability to work in a team
