CUSTOMER SERVICE (DEPUTY MANAGER)
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
  • English Fluency is a must.
  • Age preference within 28 - 35
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in Shipping and Logistics Field; knowledge and experience in Air Freight Forwarding will be of advantage
  • Good Communication Skill; Orientation to details; Customer Focus; Strive for continuous improvement.
  • Familiar with Trade Agreement rules and Indonesia Customs Regulation and Process
Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to drive continuous improvement, monitor team performance against KPIs and targets and take corrective actions as required.  
  • Actively work together with other functions especially Sales and Trade and Marketing to ensure the easiest and most professional experience possible for our customers.
  • Provide strong leadership to the team and groom and develop team members to become a professional and customer-first customer service team
  • Resolve customer inquiries in timely and accurate fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve problems that affect the service, efficiency, and productivity of the customer service associates.
  • Ensure to provide 24/7 support of exceptional customer service.
