ASSISTANT SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
Key responsibilities/activities

  • Raise Purchase Orders of products and parts to factory/bonded warehouses as per the planned forecast by maintaining in the Inventory System
  • Preparing import / export documents
  • Coordinate with 3PL for vessels scheduling, ETD/ETA updates, AWB/Bill of lading, document check and custom clearance updates from 3PL
  • Input inventory purchases into Stock/inventory system
  • Monitoring the inventory movement
  • Inventory reconciliation
  • Report shipping recapitulation
Education and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in any major Industrial Engineering degree is preferred
  • Having 3 -5 years of working experience in supply planning, shipment
  • Knowledge of basic INCO terms, shipping, custom requirements and ERP systems like JDE/DynaSys/SAP
  • Good knowledge of import / export documentation and regulation
  • Knowledge of 3PL operations and logistics planning / scheduling is preferred
  • Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
Job specific competencies

  • ERP Knowledge of JDE/DynaSys/SAP
