QA/QC ENGINEER

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Coordinate Engineering Procurement Construction Management (EPCM) resources for QA/QC management activities for all Projects. Ensure assigned EPCM resources are providing the services with EPCM Contract requirements. Ensure all systems, processes and procedures for Field QA/QC Services are consistently and well implemented to meet Company’s requirements.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum experience 4 years  or more of relevant experiences especially in oil and gas,  or more 5 years working in oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, especially in construction execution and field QA/QC inspection (civil, mechanical, piping and I/E) and related supervisory activities will be an advantage
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with GPA: 2.75 in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil
  • Have broad knowledge on various construction techniques, various field QA/QC practices and related quality codes & standards (API, ASME, ANSI, IEEE, ISO, etc)
  • Demonstrate strong Health, Environment & Safety leadership, have strong supervisory capability and high skills for facilitation & coordination, mentoring, coaching, and networking
  • Able to work with support groups and peers with multiple reporting relationships
  • Able to interface and work with various stakeholder
  • Excellent in a good leadership communication skills (writing and verbally), both in Bahasa and English
  • Excellence in establish effective relationships with multicultural people in diverse organization
  • Excellence to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct, and to build & maintain trust, respect and support others
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication) and fluency in Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms. Excel & PowerPoint) as well as computer literacy
  • Have willingness to be relocated to all Company operations locations in Indonesia

Net daily production averaged 122,000 barrels of crude oil and 21 million cubic feet of natural gas in 2017. Duri is the largest producing field in the Rokan PSC. We continue to implement projects designed to sustain production, increase recovery and improve reliability from existing reservoirs. In 2016, we continued infill drilling and workover programs. Duri has been under steam flood since 1985 and is one of the world’s largest steam flood developments. In 2017, net daily production averaged 54,000 barrels of crude oil. Infill drilling and workover programs continued in 2017. Net daily production in 2018 from all producing areas in Indonesia averaged 104,000 barrels of liquids.
