GENERAL MANAGER HRD

Responsibility:

  • Handle and managing all HRD GA function; Recruitment, Organization structure, employment agreement, Compensation & Benefit, employee relation, HRD Policies, company regulation, payroll, building maintenance, legal, etc

Requirement:

  • At least 10 years of working experience as HR Manager
  • Candidate must process at least Bachelor's degree from any field
  • Must have experience in handling general HR matters such as recruitment , general affair ,compensation & benefit , industrial relation and training development
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
