  • Generation of Proposal up to Revenue Generation
  • Provide feedback for Initiation of sales campaign / sales event to Sales Manager, Commercial Manager and Marketing
  • Co-operation with Marketing to ensure the execution of sales campaign / sales event.
  • Generating sales lead
  • Provide feedback for initiation of Sales campaign to Sales Manager and Commercial Manager
  • Maintain and update COSMOS
  • Co-operation with Sales Manager, Commercial Manager and Business Manager to get approval for any price reduction as necessary
  • Follow up of proposal to be converted into contract
  • Co-operation with Operations and Technical Team as necessary to ensure the contract / job can be executed as requested by customer
  • Up-grade knowledge for new standard in order to improve the competency
  • Managing/maintaining SGS International business account / clients as assign by Commercial
  • Manager and Business Manager
  • Monthly Reporting
  • Complete monthly reporting to Sales Manager and Commercial Manager which includes:At all times, and promote a Safety First and Safety Aware environment, Ensure full compliance with the SGS Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct, and at all times adopt behavior in accordance with
    • Revenue generated per month
    • Forecast proposal and revenue for the next 3 (three) month
  • non-disclosure agreement and SGS Codes of conduct
  • At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues and clients, in line with the SGS policies and procedures


  • Bachelor Degree graduated
  • Three years working experience, two of which for sales


  • Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal, written and comprehension)
  • Additional training courses in supervisory management, sales and marketing
  • Has good knowledge and understanding on certification business and market climate
  • Has a good skill in analyzing data for supporting the business
  • Strong business sense and entrepreneur
  • Fast learner, people skills, team player, mature, responsible person
  • Customer focused individual with lots of initiative
  • Must be able to work independently without immediate instructions or direct and constant supervision
  • Self starter, independent worker
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Open minded to continuous improvement
  • Has adequate knowledge and understanding on global harmonized procedure
  • Willing to contribute with ideas and recommendations
  • Able and willing to expedite issues with other clerical and technical staff, including Certification manager and CBE Business Manager, when it is felt that inaction could result in reduced satisfaction of customers (internal and external)
