  We are looking for fresh pharmacists graduates (profesi apoteker) to join our sales team. Your primary role as a B2B (business to business) sales executive is to serve as a point of contact between our company and our customers – leading pharmaceutical manufacturers across Indonesia such as Kalbe Farma, Bayer, Pfizer, and Novartis to name a few.   In this role you will closely interact with a wide variety of key decision makes within our customers’ organisation and our principals:
  • You will work closely with our overseas principals learning about the superiority of our products over the competitors’ products You will introduce our products and communicate the superiority & value of our products to our customers’ research and development departments.
  • You will negotiate contracts on the terms of sales and price with our customers’ procurement department.
  • You will be assigned an operational car as your role will take you to industrial regions in the outskirts of Jakarta and the west java regions.
Aside from gaining professional guidance and experience in sales, you will be given a monthly salary, and a commission based on the amount of sales you managed to generate for the company. Your earning potential is limitless.   Key Responsibilities: 
  • Identifying new leads / opportunities within the allocated sales regions and segment of industry. 
  • Evaluating leads / opportunities through visiting leads and turning leads into customers.
  • Maintaining existing accounts through developing strong professional relationships with key decision makers / stakeholders of the account.
Key Requirements:
  • Fresh pharmacists graduate (Profesi Apoteker). 
  • Work experience in Pharmaceutical Industry is highly valued. 
  • Written/passive English is mandatory as you will be dealing with product spec-sheets and documentations in English.
  • Drivers license (Sim A) is mandatory as you will be visiting customers with company operational cars.
  • Has a passion to work in the field visiting customers at industrial regions in the outskirts of Jakarta and in the West Java regions. Passionate, goal orientated and result driven personality.
