We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter interested in joining our organization as an assistant director. In this role you will work side by side with the director helping with all daily operational and administrative tasks as needed. You will also contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of set processes and goals

Main responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and manage budget for marketing and operations to ensure revenue and profit targets;
  • Ensure overall legal and tax compliance throughout business to protect the company
  • Recruit, manage, and develop personnel to create and maintain a high-performance culture through the optimization of people and processes
  • Manage operations to ensure stock and customer satisfaction
  • Be the nexus of communication for all internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a strong social presence throughout Indonesia, positively representing the brand

Other responsibilities include but not limited to :

  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
  • Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
  • Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
  • Oversee the company's financial performance, investments and other business ventures
  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of subordinates providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
  • Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems
  • Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
  • Be in charge in Monthly Management Meeting, Leaders Meeting
  • Be in charge in Business Roadshow, Launching new Product and other events
  • Manage availability stock of product
  • Manage opening and closing of branch offices
  • Manage sales in main office and all branches

 Job requirements :


  • All Degree


  • At least 5 years of experience in the similar position, preferably in the MLM or FMCG company
  • Demonstrated experience in launching marketing campaigns
  • Experience in managing budgets.
  • Knowledgeable in our specific field


  • Knowledgeable in our specific field
  • Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Exceptional clerical skills and strong business acumen
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Skilled collaborator
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Excellent communicator both orally and written in English
  • Comfortable self-starting assigned projects
  • Confident and eager to engage with clients
