Administrative Staff – Business Support
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Experience in administration, permit & licenses, custom clearance is an advantage
  • Proficient in English 

Work scopes:

  • Support in preparing various type of documents (draft letter, documents for internal approval, permit & licenses application, custom clearance documents, FTA application, draft reports, etc.).
  • Join coordination meetings and prepare Minutes of Meetings.
  • Support in filling documents and letters.
  • Support in procurement of consultant/notarial support/supplier, including scheduling appointment for presentation, checking the required supporting administrative documents, drafting assessment of consultant/supplier comparison, drafting service contract, etc.
  • Maintain consultant result tracking for payment purposes.
  • Maintain consultant result tracking for payment purposes (in comparison with contract agreement).
  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
