Position required:  GCG Staff (1)

Job Description :

Compliance: Ensuring all company operational activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Evaluation & Assessment: Conducting periodic assessments of the implementation of GCG (Good Corporate Governance) principles in each work unit.

Organ Coordination: Serving as a liaison or work support for the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Corporate Secretary.

Socialization & Education: Providing understanding of the code of ethics and code of conduct to all employees.


Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

  • Being at an age  25 – 45 years old.

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a GCG (Good Corporate Governance) Staff.

  • Understand and demonstrate strong knowledge of the fundamental principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), based on the TARIF principles: Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, and Fairness.

  • Possess a strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, particularly labor and employment regulations, OJK regulations, as well as the company’s systems and procedures (Sisdur).

  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and manage corporate policies, including assisting in the preparation, review, revision, and evaluation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the Code of Conduct, and other corporate governance guidelines.

  • Possess a Governance Professional certification or other relevant professional certification in Good Corporate Governance (GCG), which will be considered an advantage.

  • Having good communication skills and Good command in English.

  • Conceptual, analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset, Can-do attitude, positive attitude, self-motivated and proactive and eager to learn.

  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Priority given to local people of North Maluku/Haltim Area .
