About the role
On-site support during the warranty period and resolution of quality issues for robotic services. Customer service and case handling for out-of-warranty robots. On-site safety risk assessment and safety officer management.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for on-site support during the warranty period and resolution of quality issues for robotic services
Responsible for customer service and case handling for out-of-warranty robots
On-site safety risk assessment and safety officer management
Customer communication and on-site emergency handling
Arrangement and usage management of equipment, tools, and auxiliary materials
Responsible for providing technical guidance and support to customers
Responsible for on-site work feedback and summary reports
Assist manufacturing and quality units in on-site problem solving and follow-up
About you
University degree above. Major related with electrical
Minimal 2 years Robot work experience
Familiar Robot technology quality, skilled in any industry robotics is plus
Fluent in Chinese, and English can be used for work is a plus
Good team player
Good communication interpersonal skills. Strong learning ability
