Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain furniture distributors, stores, home decoration channels and project channels in the work area, develop new partners, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers, monitor orders, payment collection and after-sales service, ensure smooth delivery of goods, increase repeat purchase rates and partner loyalty

  • Collect information on market conditions, competitors and customer needs, report market developments, help optimize product and sales channel strategies

  • Monitor product arrangement, implementation of promotional activities and sales support for channel partners to increase sales volume at points of sale
