PPIC Assistant Manager - Multinational Agri Company - Medan

This PPIC Assistant Manager role will be responsible to review for any procurement needs, analyze production planning, manage S&OP process, etc.

Client Details

Our client is one of the leading Multinational Agriculture Company who is currently looking to hire for a PPIC Assistant Manager to be part of their growing business team and to be based in Medan.


  • Responsible to review for any procurement needs, analyze production planning, manage S&OP process, etc.
  • Create work plan to make sure production plan matches with demand.
  • Make sure the efficiency of raw material and packaging material (both incoming and outgoing).
  • Monitor the operations in PPIC and Warehouse departments in order to run smoothly.
  • Work crossfunctional with other teams such as Production, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Create production master schedule, forecast inventory requirements, etc.
  • Manage daily operation from finished goods, raw materials, and packaging components.


  • Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Fishery, Engineering, etc.
  • At least 5 years of professional working experiences in Agriculture, Fishery, Plantation, or other relevant industries.
  • Preferably comes from Agriculture or Fishery background.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (Oral and Written).
  • Willing to be based in Medan (North Sumatra).
