This role will be responsible for developing potential improvement plans for the operations, as well as the overall construction and project management of company's development. This role will also be responsible to develop strategic direction and priorities, and monitor the performance of the company as well as the performance of each project.

Client Details

Our client is a multinational company with great reputation and many years of experience within the Industry. They are currently looking to hire for a Project Manager to become part of their team.


  • Responsible to support the operations function that relates to Developing, Scoping and Executing Projects, in areas such as: Capital Investment Projects, Process Improvement Projects, Strategic Projects, etc.
  • Ensure the efficiency and effectivity delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with other departments such as Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and also Third Party Consultants and Group PMO's.
  • To work with Project Owners to develop project Scopes and develop project plans.
  • Provide assistance in terms of developing CAPEX proposals for approval.
  • Work closely with Purchasing team to identify suppliers for technical equipments required for projects completion.
  • Conduct reguler meetings to review the progress of project implementation.
  • Assist in resolving obstacles impacting the execution of projects.
  • Coordinate with Group PMO in updating corporate project tracking tools.


  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, or other related fields.
  • 10 years of experience in Operations and Logistics Management.
  • Significant experience with Project Management and its related software tools.
  • Great communication skills and fluent in English (both Verbally and Written).
  • Have the ability to lead a team.
  • Willing to be based in Medan.
