TEMPORARY SALES ADMIN

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide SAP quotation for dealers
  • Provide post sales supporting role in regional territories
  • Order processing:
    • Confirm SAP final quotation
    • Submit required documents for order submission
    • Generate purchase order
    • Confirm Order Entry Matrix (OEM)
    • Machine shipment document preparation
    • Update delivery notice and shipping schedule
    • Processing TSC and METI documents
  • Manage inquiry report from all sales channel
  • Update SAP quotation pricing when required
  • Check and monitor customer order payment
  • Prepare and provide quotation/PO for local sales transaction
  • Support internal marketing activities

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Understand and able to operate Microsoft office (Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Understand in import processing
  • Good communication skills

Qualification:

  • Minimum SMK graduate with a 2 year experience in the same field
  • Preferably Diploma (D3)
  • Familiar with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and/or SAP
  • Fluent in English (oral and writing)
  • Experience in import processing
