TEMPORARY CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATION

Main responsibilities:

  • To Issue  PO And Request Quotation from Head Quarter
  • Issue Delivery Order to Customer
  • Check PO from Customer
  • Handling for Delivery Part
  • Control part sales data
  • Receive Customer Request by phone / Email
  • Handling import part from Overseas
  • Communication with the Forwarder
  • Checking PIB Shipment

Skill & Knowledge:

  • Familiar with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning-ex :SAP)
  • Good team work and strong interpersonal skill
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Outlook)

Qualification:

  • Age : 24 – 35
  • Minimum Diploma 1, with 2 year  experience (Prefer D3)
  • Good Communication skill (Minimum  Basic English for daily conversation, E-mail, reading & writing)
  • Experience in Import process
