Requirements :

  • Male, 33 - 40 years old
  • S1 (prefer Law / Psychology / Management)
  • Having experience min. 4 years in HR at Japan Automotive Company
  • Familiar with HR planning, recruitment system &  tools, Training & Development, Performance evaluation, Compensation, benefit & Industrial relation
  • Have knowledge concept ADDIE Program Training, Matrix Competence in ISO 9001 (Awareness & Auditor ISO 9001)
  • More likely to have certificate for trainer BNSP trainer
  • Computer literate is a must (Especially Ms. Excel)
  • Have passion in dealing with people & adapt easily
  • Able to communicate in English & Japanese (JLPT N3 is advantage)
  • Willing to work in Cibitung or Cikarang area
