NATIONAL SALES MANAGER(BRANCH MANAGER)/BRANCH MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the sales and collection activities of the Heavy Equipment Parts Division of the company including the branches in Indonesia
  • Responsible for the development and execution of sales & marketing strategies of spare parts, tires, lubricants and related parts to the fleet owners and dealership networks
  • To develop necessary policies in sales & marketing teams, building up strategies to achieve targeted sales and relationship management with new and existing clients
  • To undertake research of heavy equipment parts industry to strengthen the company position in the industry and evaluate new business opportunities for company growth
  • To train, lead, guide and motivate the marketing staff to achieve the individual and company’s sales targets
  • To develop alternative revenue streams to maximize sales by initialling new ideas for products development and identify new business opportunities
  • To develop forecasts, financial objectives and implement effective marketing plans

Requirements:

  • Recognized Degree in Marketing/Business Management or equivalent
  • Possess at least 3 – 4 years of relevant working experience in sales & marketing
  • Possess strong leadership skills, analytical skills and result-oriented
  • Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills, especially in English
  • Knowledge of the customer base in the respective territories is an added advantage
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines
  • Retired personnel with vast experience in the distribution field is encouraged to apply
