Undertaking daily administrative tasks and assisting CTO (chief technology officer) duties including:
Assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies
Conducting market research and analysing consumer rating reports/questionaires
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, ranking, etc)
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities, either for partnerships or clients
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending online conference meetings minutes meetings usually held by our managers to our international partners, sales agents, and or clients.
Preparing list of emails of companies as per requirements and category given by managers.
Maintain communication with our partners and sales agents
Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
Helping sending emails and manage phone calls as per direction
Ad hoc duties like coordinating, designing, marketing tools idea (brochures, letters, and PP presentations)
Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories of our existing partners and clients
Online administrative duties as per directions
