Learning Administration

Job summary

Ensure that training administration can be managed properly and support the work function of HR development & training. Ensuring the process in the Learning Management System (LMS) can run well.

Job responsibilities but not limited to;

  • Maintain up-to-date, correct and accurate training data such as training plans, participant lists, schedules, attendance lists, evaluation forms, etc.
  • Book training classes and other venues and make sure the classes or venues are well organized before training starts.
  • Help prepare snack breaks and lunches if necessary.
  • Prepare training materials as needed (training handbooks, training aids, feedback forms, etc.).
  • To be a contact person with vendors or with internal employees (trainees).
  • Make and compile reports on training activities and their results periodically.
  • Ensure the LMS work properly and help to resolve when there are bugs or errors in the LMS features.
  • Conducting a content management system process regularly (compiling material, facilitating material revision to finalization, uploading material, revising material as needed).

  • Have experience as a training administrator, HR assistance, or other administrative roles.
  • Proficient in using Ms Office (Excel and Powerpoint).
  • It is preferable if you have experience operating and managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Able to organize work and multi-tasking
