SALES MANAGER - BALI

Qualification:

  • Minimal S1 degree in any major
  • More than 3 year experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager in national automotive company
  • Have a Corporate Database and networking
  • Must has internet and computer skills and ability to set up strategy in developing brand awareness to public
  • Must has excellent leadership and managerial skill, a strong communication, salesmanship skills, high interpersonal skills and has problem solving skills
  • Must be goal and target oriented, flexible and creative under pressure, has an ability to train and motivate team members and has high self confidence
  • Well understanding in English, verbal and written
  • Willing to be placed in Bali

Job description:

  • Lead the Sales department to work out the sales strategy, annual sales plan, and to plan and coordinate marketing and sales
  • Work out the development plan and corresponding action plan for Sales Department according to the company’s business and strategic requirements
  • Lead the department to develop and implement the annual work plan and budget plan
  • Meet the requirements of the Sales department’s key performance targets set by the company Manage the department
  • Work out the organization structure and job positions of the Sales department, and submit the relevant plan to HR department for approval
  • Design and optimize the processes of the Sales Department. Ensure the effective implementation of the processes. Allocate the work in the department reasonably and lead the subordinates to complete the relevant tasks
  • Design performance assessment targets for direct subordinates in light of the company’s performance management policy and undertake their performance assessment.
  • Coordinate communication and cooperation between the Sales Department and other departments, branch organizations or external organizations so as to bring the relevant functions of the Sales Department into full play.
  • Lead the department to work out the annual sales plan and the budget plan. Coordinate the marketing plan and the sales plan. Control the implementation of the plans and make adjustment when necessary
  • Lead the department to establish and improve the marketing and sales management systems and the relevant processes, and monitor the implementation.
  • Handle the sudden problems timely that occur when the headquarters or the branch companies are doing marketing or sales work
  • Hold regular meetings to identify the goals of plans, coordinate and review the work, and give praises or suggestions for improvement
  • Ensure smooth communication with each manager of the branch companies. Make sure that all of them have a thorough understanding of the headquarters’ policies and offer guidance and suggestions timely
  • Monitor and coordinate the marketing and sales work among the branch companies. Assist them to map out an effective and feasible work plan and to develop their business successfully
  • Complete what the supervising positions have assigned
