Position: HR & Senior Administration



  • Graduated from Bachelor / Diploma from any Major
  • Female, age max. 35 years and attractive
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the same position
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, high spirit, creative and self-motivated person
  • Able to work in a team or individually and in under pressure condition
  • Able to do multi-tasking job
  • Good administration and proficient in Ms. Office
  • Full-Time position(s) available
  • Able to work immediately

  • Willing to work in Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan

Job Description:

  • Screening and handling telephone calls for BOD
  • Provide and responsible for a variety of correspondence, reports, translation letters, etc
  • Scheduling appointments or arranging a meeting
  • To organize and maintain a filing system, to ensure simple access on how to find the documents/records and follow up on pending matters.
  • To order/buy gifts, flowers, fruits, cakes for special events.
  • Arrange the payment of BOD's company and personal billing (credit card, phone billing, etc)
  • Handling office stationery supplies and maintenance
  • Business trip arrangement (flight ticket, hotel, car, restaurant, golf, etc)
  • Handling and Organizing of all works permit for expatriate : RPTKA, Notification IMTA, VITAS until ITAS,MERP, EPO (exit permit only) and etc.
  • Arrange access control system facilities (access cards or manual keys) for company’s regular staff
  • Maintain leave record management for direct contract employees
  • Conducts administration process related to employee benefit, e.g. Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Annual Medical Check Up
  • Support company operations
  • Preparing payroll
  • Assigning and monitoring job functions of Receptionist, Messenger and Drivers
  • Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
  • Organizing the office layout, ordering stationery and equipment
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers & office lease
  • Maintains HR Database, HR Records and Document Filling
  • Providing secretarial, clerical, and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
  • General Affair matter, such as procurement process of general purchasing, e.g. office supplies & stationery, office maintenance, operational vehicle maintenance, etc.
  • Any duties assigned by the director
