A Senior HR Leadership position for a European Services Company
Our client is a European-based services company, providing various services food services and facilities management company.
This position will act as the main advisor to the company with regards to all HR rules and regulations applicable to the company. Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problem. This position will also be expected Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations. Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training or labor relations activities of an organization.
As our client consists of a quite a large number of blue collar workers, this position will require an in-depth understanding and a proven experience in industrial relations and the relevant HR regulations.
Another necessary feat for this role is a strong commercial acumen as the client is currently in growth mode with a very aggressive revenue target
