We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, knowledgeable and friendly business development to join our energetic sales force team. He/she must have ultimate responsibility for building and executing the sales strategy required to maximize revenue growth across the entire breadth of his/her accounts, be flexible to new challenges and have the creative ability to seize new opportunities.
He/she is a team player with good communication skills and commitments to success through teamwork, while achieving personal targets and objectives and comfortable at a client user level as well as executive level. Dependent upon location, sales territories are either allocated on a geographic basis or as named accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Approach and convince them in systematic and effective fashion.
  • Promote the company’s products and services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales pipeline, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Maintain partner’s and end-user’s high level of satisfaction.
  • Manage & develop sales channels (resellers & systems integrators) in order to drive sales performance and achieve their target.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable local university, preferably in Electronic, IT, Mechanization or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in similar industry with history of successful meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Command of the english language.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, eager to learn and self-starter.
  • Knowledge in planning, budgeting and negotiating.
  • Excellent in presentation and communication skills.
  • Possess business and marketing skills.
  • Target/result oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently in team.
  • Creative thinking and good team work.
  • Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office (including MS-Visio, MS-Project and AutoCAD)
