HEAD OF OPERATION BAKERY

Requirements: 

  • maximum age 35 years old 
  • Having experiences minimum 3 years as Head Operation Bakery / Store Manager in F&B
  • Strong leadership skill and able to manage team 
  • Willing to work at Serpong and willing to mobile as needed 

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain day today operation along side operational and event 
  • Work closely with top management in strategic planning of business segment to achieve business goals. 
  • Manage Compliance with F&B hygiene policies and procedures 
  • Ensure full compliance with food and occupational safety regulations 
  • Enforce and ensure upholding hygiene and safety standards at all restaurant
