HRBP Business Development - Surabaya Based
  • Source and identify qualified sales candidates for assigned openings by leveraging various recruiting tools and best practices.
  • Prescreen candidates by reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Leveraging recruiting expertise, educate and consult hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates within the organization’s applicant tracking system.
  • Execute key HR initiatives to develop and implement programs to maximize employee engagement, performance and development
  • Supervise the General Affairs duties including, but not limited to, benefits administration, managing property, documentations, resolving the industrial related problem and other secretarial tasks by the company.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Human Resources Management or any related field with proven experience lat east 3 years of working experience in related field.
  • Experience in recruiting in the Graduate Recruitment/Management Trainee space would be a bonus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proven track record for successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Video call interview and structured)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Data driven and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with the people team, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed environment
  • Embraces open-source philosophy
