Manage all aspects of the Information Technology department.
Oversee all IT projects to ensure objectives are achieved in a timely, cost-effective manner.
Work with stakeholders to define business and system requirements and assist with creating plans for the implementation of new technologies and new applications.
Identify, analyze, and recommend business systems solutions to management having broad business impact.
Ensure that the IT services and processes are continuously improved, driving simplification, agility, and innovation.
Provide work direction, mentoring, leadership, and supervision to the members of the Technology Department.
Develop, implement, and provide training for all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, programming, documentation, purchasing and user response standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Programming, Computer Science, Engineering or related (industry) field.
Experience hiring, managing, and retaining a team of talent technology professionals.
Minimum 5 years’ management experience in an IT environment
Demonstrated experience in negotiating with business leaders to drive effectiveness of the IT department
Minimum 3 years’ experience providing IT solutions in an (industry) environment preferred.
Has a blend of technical expertise combined with leadership and communication skills.
Has a strong background in object oriented software development.
Strong understanding of business goals and standards.
