INDONESIA ITS INFRASTRUCTURE AND WORKPLACE SERVICES LEAD
IT Operations Management
Lead the team in the routine monitoring and maintenance of IT Infrastructure of the factory. Prioritizes service calls and dispatch the team members accordingly During major IT Infrastructure Service outages, co-leads the crisis management
with the Indonesia ITS Factory Lead and coordinates with stakeholders from Factory, ITS Group and vendors in restoring the services.
Manage and control changes in the IT Infrastructure and workplace services of factory and communicates the changes to stakeholders
Coordinates with the factory for ramp-up activities that requires increasing the capacity of the IT Infrastructure and Network Services bandwidth, desktop / printers / IT peripherals for manufacturing, support staff, etc.
Plan for annual ITS Infrastructure and Workplace Service headcount for Indonesia.
Facilities hiring request to fill resigned and new positions.
Set goals / KPI of staff
Administers performance management for staff.
Conducts one on one meeting with staff to review goals progress
Coach / mentor staff in improving their performance
Plan and recommend staff promotion to ITS Group Head
Propose performance ratings of staff to ITS Group Head
Communicates performance ratings to staff
Responsible for performance improvement plans of employees who are falling behind their performance
Administers company policies and monitors staff for compliance
Follow company program
Comply and supervising regulations, culture and OHS (including to ensure work tools accordance standard), energy, quality and environment programs to ensure implement company management system runs smoothly
Identify, report and review related OHS (work accident. Audit OHS and improvement),and improve company management system.
*Have Competence of : Knowledge :
Must have strategic thinking and plan for large enterprise IT architecture.
Understanding the vision mission company and safety.
Understanding of HSE, energy and quality in work place
Understanding SAP process
IT Operations / Service Management.
Technical skills in any Applications AND/OR Infrastructure area such as Supply Chain, Financials, Networks, Data Center Management, Workplace Service. etc.
Oral and verbal communication in English
Attitude / Leadership Behavioral Competencies :

Education and Experience :
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering or other related engineering courses.
8-10 years experience in IT Applications Management or Infrastructure Support
2-3 years experience in team management.
