Operation Manager/Operation Manager

Job Description:

1. Ensure hotel premises are clean, tidy, and ambient enough to receive and tend guests

2. Monitor the coordination between the different parts of a hotel to ensure smooth and efficient operations

3. Conduct assessments to review customer satisfaction and service recovery process

4. Oversee the hiring, orienting, and training of hotel staff to ensure maximum revenue for management

5. Establish communication channels to interact with customers in order to obtain their feedback and assist with the resolution of problems

6. Organize training programs to enhance the job skills and performance of hotel personnel 

7. Inspect hotel stores to check available stock and determine the need for stocking

8. Liaise with the marketing staff to develop and implement strategies for growing the business

9. Schedule work shifts and tasks to hotel staff according to their specialty 

10. Collect payments and record all expenditure and generated revenue


Job Requirement:

1. High school diploma and several years of experiences in hotel setting. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management 

2. Management planning skill

3. Fluent in English 

4. Min. 5 years of experiences in Hotel Management
