Job Description :
  • Organize, analyze and improve Performance Management process.
  • Develop and conduct training to ensure that all Performance Management systems are understood.
  • Maintain, organize and improve Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS): time off, employee records, overtime, payroll, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and solve HRIS issues together with IT department.
  • Analyze, create and implement CI projects in the department.
  • Involve in HR Global projects.
  • Establish, review and update HR procedures.
  • Coordinate and support other departments related with HR process.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or any major.
  • Have minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource Information System, Performance Management and Payroll.
  • Have competencies in Analytical Thinking; Ability to Change; Working Systematically; Teamwork and
    Cooperation; Customer Focus and Drive for Results.
  • Advance in Computer skills (Microsoft Office: Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint, Ms. Word, etc.) and HRIS knowledge.
  • Profound in English communication skills.
