CHINESE HEAD CHEF-PENEMPATAN BINTAN

Qualification:

  • 3 – 5 yrs experience in Hong Kong Roasted Meats (Roast Duck, Roasted Pork and Char Siew)
  • General Knowledge on cantonese style cuisine ( Dim Sum, Noodles, Congee and small dishes)
  • Flair for modern chinese gourmet plating
  • Additional knowledge on simple Japanese Cuisine is a plus
  • Highly motivated, passionate and able to lead a young team
  • Maximal 35 years old, Diploma in hotel school (tourism) major on food & beverage production
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Familiar with microsoft office
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skill, Efficient & creative, Hardworking and committed towards work
  • Will be based in Bintan

Job Description:

  • Ensuring the efficiency of the operation and kitchen service in accordance with the company's standards by planning and coordinating the preparation of groceries, readiness of kitchen equipment and supporting equipment, maintain the quality of food, and Control the use of budget to match the targets set
