STORE SUPERVISOR

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Managing and motivating the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
  • Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
  • Providing or organizing training
  • Ensure that a good level of customers service is delivered at the stores
  • Organizing special promotions, displays, and event
  • Check the attendance of the staff, are they wearing the uniforms, make-ups cleanliness at the counters and act accordingly
  • Check the display, branding, visual, etc. If necessary arrange accordingly to get the customers attention after confirming with the store managers
  • Check the sales and stock reports. Acknowledge the report each day after verifying the same. Will be responsible for any discrepancies in these reports
  • Check the sales payment and the sales bills at each counter daily
  • Check if there is any stock/taster requirement, forward to Head Office for processing and follow-up the merchandise has not come on time After receiving the goods if there is any missing/damaged products make immediate notice to the Head Office for the solutions
  • Put in place the schedule of the beauty advisor in coordination with the sales manager
  • Ensure that all beauty advisors respect company policies and procedures
  • Participate in preparing the career plan for the beauty advisor
  • 1-2 years of work experience in the skincare brand supervisory position is preferred
